Setting up the show
The Bimer Bonsai Club welcomes members to assist in helping us set up on Friday afternoon.
What to do when you come to Mt Coot-tha to help set up the Bimer show?
- If you have trees, accents and stands for display please have your display form filled out prior to arrival (see below). Please go to the furthest door though the Colorbond gate near the education centre. Your trees need to be booked in by a Bimer representative and then photographed before going out into the display area. Make sure any stands have your name on them and trees are dry and not leaking water.
- If you have items for sale please have each item individually identified and numbered and matched to the listing in your sales agreement (see below). You must use the current sales agreement and it must have all items listed and priced and be signed. An example would be TS01 $10.00 which would be your initials, the first item and a price of $10. A trade table volunteer must check off all of your items with you to ensure there are no mistakes, please be patient with them.
- If you are helping with the set up please wait for the show Captain or a representative to direct you.
